Before confirmation
A quote enquiry can generally be withdrawn without a service cancellation charge because no booking has been confirmed.
After confirmation
If a booking has been confirmed, cancellation or rescheduling may be subject to the commercial terms communicated for that booking, including any non-recoverable costs already committed.
Refunds
Where a refund is applicable, the amount and processing timeline will depend on the confirmed booking terms and the payment method used.
